El libro "Ilustre Ruritania Ilustrada", publicado por Las ediciones bárbaras, con textos de Santi Pérez Isasi e ilustraciones de Ainize Santos, consiste en un conjunto de relatos situados en el imaginario reino centroeuropeo de Ruritania, en los que lo histórico se mezcla con lo grotesco, y en el que textos e imágenes se complementan mutuamente.
Esta publicación ha recibido un apoyo del Gobierno Vasco dentro del programa para el fomento y desarrollo de actividades en el área de las Artes Plásticas y Visuales, y se publica simultáneamente en castellano y euskera, con traducción de Maria Colera Intxausti.
